Common Issues
•  I forgot my password
•  I entered my password but cannot access the sign
Solutions
Since it is unknown as to what the original password my be, the only recommended procedure is to force bypass the password and reset it. You will need the assistance of a second person.
  1. Stand 3' to 5' feet from the sign.
  2. The sign should be powered On.
  3. Point the remote to the sign and while pressing and holding down the ESC key, disconnect the power from the sign.
  4. Release the ESC key.
  5. Point the remote to the sign and again, press and hold down the ESC key but this time connect the power to the sign.
  6. If successful and the sign shows [Ed Rn Del Set], press "S" immediately and complete the settings section to turn off the password. Refer to the User's Guide page 14.
    If successful and the sign shows [ STOP MODE ], press "ESC" immediately followed by "S" and complete the settings section to turn off the password. Refer to the User's Guide page 11.
The steps may need to be repeated if unsuccessful as the sequence is very strict.
