A few scenarios are explained below for clarity of sign functionality.
Model: PL-M2014R


Why does my sign revert to the demonstration message when I recycle the power.
If your message is completely lost and the demonstration message appears upon power recycling, then the sign has a memory related issue. Refer to the Sign Memory section for additional information.

I have multiple pages programmed. But when I recycle power, it always runs Page A.
This is normal operation. It is recommended the ON/OFF button on the remote control be used to turn the sign OFF. When using this option, the last page running will always appear when turned back ON.

If I have multiple pages programmed and I recycle power, will it run the last page that was being displayed?
Yes, For the shown models above, the last running page will always appear either by action of a power cycle or use of the ON/OFF button on the remote control.
